Retention of Data for Unsuccessful Applicants
If your application for employment is unsuccessful, we will retain your personal data for a period of up to 12 months following the conclusion of the recruitment process. This is to allow us to:
– Respond to any queries or complaints regarding the recruitment process,
– Consider you for future employment opportunities (if applicable), and
– Comply with our legal obligations.
After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized unless you have provided explicit consent for us to retain it for a longer period.
