Role: General Operative
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Location: Carlanstown, Kells, Co. Meath
We carry out work with SEAI Schemes to deliver sustainable energy solutions for residential homes, large-scale commercial, education, healthcare, and leisure developments, improving overall building systems and generating greener communities.

We’re looking for enthusiastic General Operatives to join our growing team. You’ll assist in the installation of:
- Cavity Wall Insulation
- Attic Insulation
- Spray Foam Insulation
- Retrofitting
- Ventilation systems
Whether you’re new to the field or bringing prior construction experience, you’ll receive comprehensive training while earning a competitive salary.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in delivery of insulation and retrofitting projects
- Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner (training provided)
- Work on your own initiative and collaboratively as a team
- Follow instructions, work plans, and safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with our team and customers
- Guarantee high standards of workmanship and a ‘can do’ attitude
Requirement:
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
- Full clean drivers licence
- Knowledge of insulation installation processes is an advantage, but not essential as training is provided
- A category C drivers licence is preferred but is not required.
