Transform Your Home, Transform Your Future
A complete guide to the SEAI One Stop Shop scheme. We manage everything from grants to construction, making your home warmer, healthier, and cheaper to run.
Why Upgrade Your Home?
Thousands of Irish homes are cold, draughty, and expensive to heat because of poor construction standards in the past. New building regulations, driven by the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), now require all major renovations to bring homes up to a B2 BER or better—not just a single upgrade, but a combination of measures designed to achieve cost-optimal energy performance.
The benefits are clear: lower energy bills, warmer and healthier homes, reduced carbon emissions, and future-proofed compliance with regulations. Ireland has ambitious climate goals, and our homes are central to achieving them. An energy upgrade isn’t just good for the planet—it’s great for your comfort and your wallet.
But for homeowners, the retrofit journey without expert support can quickly become overwhelming:
Complexity – Multiple contractors are often needed for different measures, leading to confusion and poor coordination.
Hidden Costs – Without clear planning, costs spiral, and quotes often fail to cover the full scope.
Regulation Risks – Many retrofits trigger the “Major Renovation” clause; without expert guidance, homeowners may fail to meet the required B2 standard, risking non-compliance.
Quality Concerns – Disconnected works carried out by different trades can result in poor workmanship, missed opportunities for efficiency, and limited guarantees.
Stress & Time Pressure – Managing surveys, contractors, paperwork, and SEAI grant applications alone can be exhausting.
As an SEAI-registered One Stop Shop, we take the stress out of the process and manage everything from the first conversation to the final handover. Our six-step process ensures the right solutions for your home, cost certainty, smooth project delivery, and best-in-class quality backed by ISO 9001 standards.
