General Operative

We’re looking for enthusiastic General Operatives to join our growing team. You’ll assist in the installation of:  

• Cavity Wall Insulation 
• Attic Insulation  
• Spray Foam Insulation 
• Retrofitting 
• Ventilation systems  

Whether you’re new to the field or bringing prior construction experience, you’ll receive comprehensive training while earning a competitive salary. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Assist in delivery of insulation and retrofitting projects 
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner (training provided) 
• Work on your own initiative and collaboratively as a team 
• Follow instructions, work plans, and safety procedures 
• Communicate professionally with our team and customers 
• Guarantee high standards of workmanship and a ‘can do’ attitude 

Requirement: 

• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification 
• Full clean drivers licence  
• Knowledge of insulation installation processes is an advantage, but not essential as training is provided 
• A category C drivers licence is preferred but is not required.
