Dormer Attic Insulation

There are a number of options for insulating a new dormer roof. The depth of your rafter will determine what size of insulation should be used and in turn what size of plasterboard slab should be fitted to achieve current building regulations. One of our experienced surveyors will call to your site and carry out a detailed site survey. We will liaise with your BER assessor and your architect/engineer to discuss the best option to insulate your property.

Process involved:

1. Site visit in conjunction with home owner/architect/engineer
2. Discuss pre BER assessment
3. Identify options most suitable for the property
4. Agreement between all parties involved
5. Provide detailed quote
6. Put project management plan in place
7. Carry out works in accordance with the agreement and quote
8. Issue relevant sign off certification
